Ashwin Homes Interiors

We purchased motorised roller blinds from Ashwin Homes, paying a 50% deposit in January 2024 and installation and final payment in July 2024. The total of the installation was €5200.

The Living room blind stopped working in September 2025. The blinds have a three-year manufacturer’s warranty from Bandulux, yet the manager of Ashwin refused to repair or replace the blinds.

We have emailed Ashwin five times, requesting a reason for the refusal, a copy invoice, and the fact that the manufacturer’s warranty is 3 years. All emails ignored.

This is NOT customer care. It’s disrespectful and poor business ethics. There are far better suppliers of blinds locally.
