Our Experience with Amay Properties
In February 2022, we contracted Amay Properties – A Builder on the Costa Blanca, to build our villa at Las Lagunas, Ciudad Quesada. We took possession of the property in June 2024, following substantial delays.
After almost four years of an ongoing dispute concerning aspects of the construction and our contract, the matter is now the subject of legal proceedings, and we are awaiting a court date.
We have documented our experience, the history of the build and the events that led to the current proceedings.
