Our opinion of Imed – People go to Doctors because they are not feeling well. The last thing a patient needs is hostility, negativity or unfriendliness. I visited Imed in Torrevieja to be greeted by two receptionists, who could not even muster a smile or a kind word if their life depended upon it.
I waited for the doctor and when I eventually got to see her, she did not speak English, as she told me in spanish with a grin. She then went on to tell me, she could not help me. I needed to see a Dermatologist. She gave me a printed note to hand to the two at reception.
Their response was, we dont have a dermatologist, go to Quiren.
And so we did.
I do not recommend these people.
