Our experience with Nick Bennet
We found Nick Bennet on Fakebook. He was highly recommended. He is a very pleasant man. He came and took a reading of the vent and told me the temperature was 20 degrees. He also checked the gas level, which was correct.
He suspected that the machine was unfit for purpose and told me he could get a replacement machine that would work for us.
His fee was €40, but I only had a €50 and he took that without offering any change as he had none.
He was unable to find a suitable replacement solution.
Although he did not fix the problem and charged me an extra €10, I cannot comment on whether we would recommend him.
We subsequently have had the system repaired. It was not that the machine was unfit for purpose. But something more obvious.
