Our disapointing opinion of Garden Felix.
We began our relationship with Felix, very positive. We returned over and over, spending thousands at his garden centre. Then we experienced a let down.
felix and his crew. Felix is friendly and professional and speaks English well. His staff are also friendly and helpful.
We bought a giant stone Buddha from Felix. He delivered it and, with a little help, placed it upon the pool house.
We then ordered 50 trees and shrubs from him, as well as an irrigation system. He came and supervised the crew in the installation and planting. When the job was done, he said to pop down to the store sometime during the week and settle up.
We returned often, purchasing more plants and pots.
One of the original trees died, we did not want a free replacement, we simply wanted another new tree, which we were paying for. It never happened and so we have moved to a different Garden Centre
