Our experience with Aitana Pools – Especially Kathya!
We recently worked with Kathya from Aitana Pools, and we can’t say enough good things about her! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
We purchased a pool heat pump with WiFi connectivity from Aitana Pools, and the installation was seamless. The team arrived exactly on time, as promised, and completed the job with minimal disruption.
However, we did run into a small issue with the WiFi connection afterward. Kathya was an absolute star – she visited us multiple times, tirelessly followed up with the supplier, and didn’t stop until the issue was fully resolved. Nothing was too much trouble for her!
The entire experience was professional, efficient, and stress-free. We highly recommend Aitana Pools to anyone looking for top – notch service. And a huge thank you to Kathya for her dedication and support – you’re amazing!
