Living in Queseda

Keysol

This is our option on the company that sold us our first house in 2018

We met the agent at the Birmingham show, he seemed to be a nice guy, we eventually made our trip to Spain in pursuit of our Dream Home.

The Agent

He collected us from our Hotel, each day for three days and showed us properties in the areas we requested. On the last day, we found the Villa we wanted to buy.

In the negotiation, he offered to pay for the AC and the White goods, which we were very grateful. He introduced us to the bank and a lawyer. Everything was perfect.

The Villa

Our Villa was to be ready in December 2019, so we moved to Spain from Ireland at the end of October, to get some personal work done to the property before moving in. However, AMAY Properties would not allow us carry out any work until we signed for and paid for the Villa.

The Villa was not ready on the due date, and we ended up in heated discussions with AMAY Properties over the fact that we had to move out of our rented Villa and we had nowhere to go.

The representative of Keysol was nowhere to be found. He had personal problems and was no longer available to deal with clients. Nobody took his place. We were left in a strange country, with zero help, and zero contacts.

We eventually moved into our Villa on the 19th December, we had no White Goods, no cooker, hob, extractor, fridge, or washing machine.

It took another four weeks for Keysol to provide us with white goods and the products they did provide us with, were the cheapest on the market.

Introduction Fee

Keysol received €33000.00 from AMAY for this introduction. This was an astonishing amount of money, and yet they could not be bothered to take care of us.
