A few days later, when we returned to collect our new bikes. Tom went above and beyond to ensure they were perfectly adjusted – fine-tuning saddle heights. Offering riding tips, and making sure we were completely comfortable before heading out. His attention to detail and willingness to help even after the sale was truly impressive.
