Luxurious Quality, But Room for Improvement in Service
Our opion of Bella Furniture – Our first experience with Bella Furniture began unexpectedly when we discovered their store on the roundabout heading to Almoradi. Intrigued by their selection of high-quality furniture, we decided to explore further and were genuinely impressed by the superior brands they offered.
We ended up purchasing our Solarium furniture, which included two sun loungers, a tall table with four chairs, and a lounge suite with a coffee table. The quality of the furniture is undeniable – it’s luxurious, stylish, and built to last. However, it’s important to note that this level of quality comes with a premium price tag.
The purchasing process required a 50% deposit upfront, and while we anticipated a six-week wait for delivery. Our lounge suite was delayed, extending the wait time to three months. This was a bit disappointing, especially given the significant investment we made – nearly €10,000. Unfortunately, there was no flexibility on the price, which felt a bit rigid for such a high-value purchase.
Another aspect that left us wanting more was the customer service. The sales associate who assisted us seemed disengaged and gave the impression that we were an inconvenience. For a luxury shopping experience, we expected a higher level of professionalism and attentiveness.
In summary, Bella Furniture delivers exceptional quality, and the products are truly stunning. However, the premium pricing should ideally be matched with a more polished and customer-focused service experience. If you’re willing to invest in top-tier furniture and can navigate the wait times and pricing structure. Bella Furniture is worth considering – just be prepared for a less-than-luxurious shopping experience.
