REVISIT and REVISIT AGAIN
We have revisited Luka several times since our initial review, and most of the time it was as excellent as it was initially; unfortunately, we were disappointed as we observed a decline is service and quality. The attitude of both management and staff has noticeably deteriorated – the once-friendly demeanour has disappeared, portion sizes have significantly shrunk, and there’s now an unmistakable eagerness to rush diners out the moment they finish their meals. Regrettably, we’ve decided to stop dining there altogether.
