The culinary experience at El Jardín is a delight. We began with several exceptional starters: Hake Cocktail Salad – Served with Smoked Eel over crispy bread, a perfect harmony of textures. Red Tuna Belly Salad – Paired with Anchovies, Roasted Red Peppers, Fresh Sweet Tomatoes, and Crisp Lettuce. – King Prawn Tartare – Enhanced with Parmesan, courgette, and a flavoured cream cheese, topped with light, airy, cheesy puffs.
Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. The bread selection – both brown and white- was outstanding, setting the tone for the meal.
One can not help but mention the beautiful complementary Gazpacho Soup, it was truly tasty.
Mains: A Seafood Paella to Remember
For the main course, we indulged in their Seafood Paella, featuring: – Shelled Mussels, Prawns, Tuna, and Calamari.
The paella was perfectly moist, rich in flavour, and generously portioned – more than enough for two. The quality of ingredients and execution reaffirmed why this restaurant stands out.
